Film Donkey

One of the newer classics is Gangs of New York. I didn’t care for ole Leo before this movie. It is about a boy trying to get revenge on the gang leader who killed his father. Long story short the movie started out with a bang and ended with a bang. Through the rest it had a few good scenes but the movie was not historically correct whatsoever. Watch it for some decent entertainment.

Band of brothers is one of the greatest series ever made. If you are a war buff whatsoever then this should be the first boxset in your collection. It follows the 101st Airborne from the start until after Berlin fell. It has some of the most gruesome war scenes to ever hit film and it is just done in such a realistic manner that you will fall in love no matter what.
