This is part of my Christmas movie list that I have to watch to get ready for the season.  Part of the Friday series, The Friday After Next keeps with the same characters and is set at Christmas time.  There is a guy who keeps dressing up as Santa Clause and stealing from others in the community.  They have a really bad Friday, but it is a hilarious movie of course!  I recommend this movie just because it is Christmas involved and funny to boot!  3.5 stars out of 5!

I recently purchased Scene It for my Xbox 360.  It came with 4 controllers for the game, which you use to buzz in and answer questions.  The game is really fun, and it is a steal because it is $60.00 which is the price of all other Xbox 360 games but it came with the controllers, and batteries for the controllers.  The game is about movies, and it shows video clips and all kinds of other types of things for people to answer.  No matter if you have seen a ton of movies or not this game is a lot of fun!  I think that I want to play it again tonight now that I am thinking about it

I watched Bad Santa last night to officially kick off my own holiday season here at home.  There is a small list of movies that I need to watch during the holidays every year, and this is one of them!  This is not a good movie for a family to watch together, but it is an excellent movie for adults with a nasty sense of humor (points to myself).  Billy Bob Thornton plays an excellent role as the drunken Santa that steals from the places he works.  I highly recommend this movie for people like me who have a disgusting sense of humor, and I give it 4 stars out of 5!

I was actually looking recently into making my very own movie. The unfortunate thing is movies are really expensive to make if you want to make them any good, and I do not have a ton of money. I am not sure how that process works, but I believe if I made it a company may actually pick it up. I do not think that I would take out any home mortgages for it or anything like that, but I may get a few small personal loans.

Mortgages are easy to get, especially if you already have a home as collateral. I looked at getting remortgages on my home before to help me do some remodeling on my house, but I would definitely need mortgage payment protection if I went that route. So many people are getting mortgages and the payments end up being more than the person can afford, and that is really sad.

When I was getting ready to purchase my new home, looking into mortgages was very confusing, and I wanted to make sure that I did not miss any of the fine print, so I actually took the contract to a lawyer, and that is not a bad idea for anyone getting ready to sign up for a mortgage!

For the zombie lovers comes a funny new look at zombies.  Fido is a little boy’s best friend, and Fido is a giant zombie, that is until Fido eats his next door neighbor.  The movie is really funny and I enjoyed it.  It is always cool when people come out with completely new concepts for movies, and trained zombies is not one I had ever thought about before!  I found this DVD in the horror section at Best Buy, and I recommend it for any zombie movie lovers!

I just had a really fun time playing with the virtual room designer on WFCA.org! You can look at all different kinds of flooring that could match your living room, you just pick a room that you would like to design, and you can see what flooring you would like the best with your color and décor scheme. The WFCA (World Floor Covering Association) was designed with the consumer in mind, providing customers with information, service, and support with their floor covering needs. There are over 3,000 vendors involved and they want to see you get exactly what you want rather than just trying to sell the most expensive products. It is nice to see organizations with the consumers in mind!  Check out the site, and design your own virtual room, it is really fun!

I got really excited when I was shopping at Best Buy the other day, because they had what looked like an awesome box set of Christmas shows for $35.00.  It had a picture of the grinch, frosty, and Rudolph on the front, but as I read the back it said that it was like Rudolph’s Christmas in July and like the return of Frosty or something like that.  It was a craptastic collection of Christmas shows, so I was very disappointed.  I love the regular Christmas shows, but the sequels are stupid!
