Season 4

So I finally got the next season of Six Feet Under from Amazon.com, and started watching it.  The show told me everything that I needed to know so I was pretty happy.  I am already on the 7th episode because when I go on these streaks I cannot stop watching it!  I can’t help but wonder if Brenda and Nate are ever going to end up back together again.  It seems like they would but this show takes a lot of turns that I do not see coming.  Anyways, I am just stoked to be able to continue watching it, there is only the rest of this season and season 5 left to watch before I have to find something else.

Johnny Depp: Sweeney Todd

Johnny Depp is an awesome actor, I love everything that he does. My favorite character that he has played so far would have to be Captain Jack Sparrow, he is so perfect for that part! He really seems like he could almost have been a pirate in a past life or something.

I also liked when Johnny Depp was in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as Willy Wonka. He played the best creepy Willy Wonka possible, it always cracked me up when he would make snide comments to the children. He said something like, “Of course you can! Everything in this room is eatable, even *I’m* eatable! But that is called “cannibalism,” my dear children, and is in fact frowned upon in most societies.” That line cracks me up every time that I watch it! Johnny Depp is so awesome, I can not wait to see him in the new Tim Burton movie Sweeney Todd.

I know this show was on broadway for awhile, and the barber is supposed to be creepy, which Johnny Depp does so well! You can find out more about the upcoming movie by visiting Sweeney Todd on MySpace or you can visit the official Sweeney Todd movie site! I am really excited to see this movie, I love Tim Burton and Johnny Depp, it is a recipe for an excellent movie!

Six Feet Under Marathon ~ Halted!

I am impatiently waiting on Amazon.com to send me my Six Feet Under season 4, so that I may continue watching it.  I want to know what happened to Lisa.  *Do not read any further if you have not seen it as this contains spoilers!*  It could have been anything, if they found her body it could have been an accident, suicide, or even murder.  It sucks that bad things keep happening to this family.  I hope that in season 4 they answer my questions as to what happened to her.  I am glad that Brenda is still around though, she should be able to help Nate through this situation.

Come on Amazon!

E.T.

It has been a very long time since I watched the movie E.T., but when I was playing Scene it on the xbox the other day they had a clip from it and it cracked me up.  I actually do not even own this movie on DVD but I am sure that I will very soon!  For those of you who live under a rock, E.T. stands for extra terrestrial or alien.  This alien comes to earth and the government does what it does best, snoops way too much.  A kid named Elliot befriends this alien and they have adventures together.  This is one of the greatest movies ever, 5 stars out of 5!

Six Feet Under

I broke into season 2 last night of Six Feet Under.  This is a really amazing show, and now I see why it was on for so many seasons.  HBO always does a great job casting these shows, it seems like the actors are always really good for their parts.  I will probably finish off season 2 within the day, and move on to season three.  I do not have season 4 yet, I hope Sam’s Club gets it in before I need to have it!

Six Feet Under

I picked up all of the seasons of Six Feet Under (except for season 3) on DVD and started watching them.  I got through disc 2 of season one last night, and so far I really like the show.  It is always fun to see how the people at the beginning of the show and how they die, they have some pretty crazy accidents!  I am looking forward to continuing watching season one.  I recommend this show so far, and it was pretty cheap at Sam’s Club.

Field of Dreams

I remember a time when McDonald’s was selling VHS copies of this movie cheap if you bought a value meal or something.  Kevin Costner is obsessed with baseball, and he keeps hearing a voice in his head to build a baseball field.  He listens to the voice, and ghosts of really old baseball players come and play on the field.  Good movie, but kind of creepy at the same time.  Sports fans love this movie, and so do drama lovers.  4 out of 5 stars.

Big Fish

Big Fish which is directed by Tim Burton (who is a total genius btw) and it is a story about a man on his death bed who always told tall tales. You get to see the tales in action throughout the movie, with circus people and far away places, and of course a really big fish. I can not say too much about this movie because I do not want to give it away, I am just telling you to watch it. 4 and 1/2 stars out of 5. This movie is excellent.

Boondock Saints

This film was an instant cult classic. Quick overview, Two Irish lads were put in a position by the Russian mob to fight back. They ended up killing a couple and decided that it was up to them to rid the world of evil. So they started killing off mobsters left and right with the aid of a close friend and an FBI agent. Some great killings and a damn good film. 9/10, buy it, dont rent it.

Pulp Fiction

We all have seen Pulp Fiction. Well if you have not you have been under a rock for the last decade and go rent it now. I watched it again last night since it is a cult classic and all and the one thing i always forget is how much i actually hate Butch’s woman in that movie, i just wanna smack her around. It is still a classic and a must see.
