Funding
Getting a loan can be quite a long process, only to end up being a huge let down. Banks are not helping any by giving loans to people with huge interest increases through the years so that people are forced to foreclose. I have not had to have many loans in my life so far other than a couple of personal loans to help me get some things taken care of. I could probably qualify for secured loans, but if I already have the money why would I want to get a loan? These banks need to be more understanding of people’s situations. I do not understand why they do not want to give people with less than par credit a loan, but they will give other people loans that they cannot afford. It does not make much sense!
