Loud Television
I think that it is great that most shows offer closed captioning for the hard of hearing. I used to get annoyed whenever I would visit my grandmother because the televisions in her senior apartment complex were always up full scale, I wonder why they do not utilize closed captioning? Maybe they don’t realize that it is so loud that everyone in the building can hear it.
