One thing that used to make me mad at my old job was when the performance reviews would roll out. My employer would bring up all this stuff that I had done over the year that they never bothered to talk to me about before, so it was almost like a slap in the face every year when they did this. Performance reviews are great, but tell your employees if they are doing something wrong before you give them a list!
