Screening Potential Employees
I recently went and applied for a position at a university. It was a relatively simple application process. Lately, every job I’ve tried to apply for has consisted of these obscure personality tests, I guess to determine my mental makeup for the work. Long done are the days where education and experience mattered, I guess. Anyway, all I have to complete routine pre-employment screening and the job should be mine.
